Just as a newborn will grow into an infant and onto a toddler and kid, the way parents connect with brands, feel a sense of personal brand loyalty and evolve the way they shop grows too. Carter’s was feeling a gap in the booming baby & kids apparel market, busy with Mommy bloggers, Instababies and Celeb-Mom start-ups. To solve this dilemma on an enterprise scale, we upgraded the Carter’s, Oshkosh and SkipHop brands from Demandware to the latest Salesforce platform, created an entirely new and vast content strategy and brought clean, efficient design experiences to each brand experience.

Being a new parent comes with enough struggles, let’s be the brand that simplifies some moments in life and grows with your family.

The redesigned experience enabled users to easily move between content and product, two equal and essential halves of the brand. By integrating brand, content, and commerce, we truly created an immersed + experienced user, whom knows what they want, discovering inspiration and personalization along the path to purchase.

We wanted a site experience that incorperated delight into even the smallest user moments. Visual filtering by style, character’s, looks… anything to help make shopping more playful and inspiring for parents and little ones.
